I create eLearning and training experiences that make complex information easier to understand, apply, and remember, using instructional design, storytelling, and emerging AI tools.
Recent projects across health care, certification prep, patient-oriented research, outdoor leadership, and place-based learning. Open any case study for the full story: overview, challenge, my role, approach, and what it demonstrates.
A repeatable path from problem to proof, with every project grounded in evidence and measured against outcomes.
I like exploring new ideas, asking questions, and working through sticky problems that need creative solutions.
That mindset shapes how I approach instructional design. I bring a research-informed lens to design and development, taking time to understand the learner, the context, and the real problem before deciding what the learning experience should become.
I came into instructional design from the classroom, where I learned that information is not the same as learning. My university experience in Australia, in an authentic and experiential program, deepened that belief. I design with the idea that learning becomes engaging when it feels real, when learners can connect it to their actual lives and apply it in meaningful ways.
I like the space between “I don’t know yet” and “let’s figure out what’s possible.” It is how I approach new tools, complex content, SME conversations, accessibility challenges, and AI-assisted workflows: with curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to figure things out.
I build learning that is practical, accessible, and human.
From custom AI-built assessment tools to scenario-based courses and co-designed programs, I help teams create learning that's engaging, accessible, and built to work.
